We are very pleased with the refurbishment of Glenshamrock Drive. The kitchen was renovated with 10 Balsamita Matt Grey units and Algiata Cancata white marble effect kitchen worktop. The bathroom was made sure waterproof with wet walls and a new high-end bathroom suite including a vanity sink, toilet, and bath. Also, rain mixer shower, shower screen, and small towel radiator were newly installed. Luxury Vinyl tile was used on the bathroom flooring to make sure durability. Bedrooms were repainted and made sure it was damp resistant and doors were replaced. The new stairway carpet was fitted with white gloss paint on the banister. The fence was fixed and a new driveway was created. The drainage problem was resolved with the new system. for safety, a new smoke alarm and wireless thermostat were installed.

The living room area was fitted with new coving (matching size of existing coving in other rooms).With new laminated flooring - medium/dark grey. New chrome sockets and light fittings were installed. All woodwork was painted gloss white - including the window surround. The ceiling was painted white and other parts were re-painted throughout in light grey colour. New tile effect laminate on the floor, was laid - including the space under the stairs.
This is the newly refurbished first floor. All sockets were made double. The walls were re-painted in light grey colour. The ceiling/coving was painted white. All the woodwork was painted gloss white - including the window surround. New carpet (dark grey colur), chrome double sockets, and new light were fitted.
Pipes were relocated to suit the bath. Made the bathroom waterproof. Finished the room in wet wall - including window surround. A new high-end bathroom suite including vanity unit/sink, toilet and bath (1700 x 680 mm), new taps, a new waterfall/rain mixer shower (not electric), a new shower screen, and a small towel radiator were installed. The new tile effect and waterproof laminate on the bathroom floor were fixed. This renovation gives the bathroom a fresh new look.
The first picture is an example of working round issue. A new 2m fence on the side was put up and there's a sloping roof over the fence line. Neighbour was requested to move it back from the fence so we could put up the new one. On the same day, the tidy-up of the front drive was completed.
The kitchen has a new 10 unit - from flat-pack. The new worktop was cut to fit. New products such as an electric oven unit, gas hob, electric extractor fan, and chrome electrical sockets were installed. Stainless steel splashback above the gas hob and new ceiling spotlights were fitted.
The central part of the gate was removed to expose the drive. All neighbour’s plants/bushes were cut back. The red chips were removed and replaced with new white or white/black stone chips to make a new driveway for the car. The walls were power washed. A new composite front door and number sign 4 were fitted.
