Craig Macdonald founded Reactive Property Limited in 2020. He has had a 25+ year IT career as a developer and technical/solution architect, and currently works as an Enterprise Architect for a leading UK challenger bank. Craig's Wealth Dynamic is Mechanic - and this, combined with his technical IT background, allows him to bring a strong systems focus to property investment and a data first approach to deal sourcing.
Craig has invested significantly in his property education. He is currently on the Simon Zutshi/Mastermind Principles MMV5 (MasterMind Virtual 5) 12 month program and is training in advanced property investment techniques and strategies - all with the goal of solving people's problems while delivering great returns for investors.
Craig is also on The Co-Living Revolution mastermind which commences in October 2022.
Craig has been mentored for a year in the B(uy) R(efurbish) R(efinance) strategy (aka "momentum investing") by Ian Halfpenny of The Brant Effect 2021-2022 - during which time, he has secured 3 single let properties in East Ayrshire. See the Properties section of this site. Craig is also a member of the GoAllIn "Property Champions Squad" and BTL/BRR Academy. Prior to this, Craig has completed Progressive online training in BRR and RentToRent.
Craig is also a SSAS pension trustee and has used the power of SSAS to drive his property investment forward.
Angela Pelango has been a Virtual Assistant since late 2021. She graduated Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. She has undergone training with a certificate in the Virtual and Digital Marketing Accreditation Course and Foundation VA Accreditation Course. She also underwent a training in Property Management to equip herself for the various task of managing properties. Before indulging herself in the Virtual Field and Property Management, she worked as a Technical Clerk/ Admin Assistant in a company based in UAE. She also worked as a consultant in a telecommunication company based in Australia and as a Technical Support Representative in a company based in the United States. Thus made herself very flexible to every nationality and gained several skills. Currently, she is working in the company and manages the social media accounts, and does various admin tasks.

This focus has now expanded in an exciting phase of growth for the company as we recruiting our VA Angela, and look to learn and implement the HMO strategy in the greater Glasgow area. We minimise material costs through taking advantage of the company's LNPG membership - achieving discounts of up to 70%. Management of the refurb is outsourced to the refurb team - we also outsource the tenant customer "find and manage" process to letting agents with expert local knowledge.
We have a lead sourcing pipeline so that when we complete the BRRR cycle, we are ready to go again with the next property.
